Work Experience

Partnering with Skills Builder since 2023 has really got Kyndryl's Social Impact activity off the ground by enabling employees from across the UK and Ireland to take part in high-quality virtual and in-person volunteering. Over the past three years Kyndryl volunteers have provided an estimated 4,000 young people with career and workplace skills insights, which is not just good for the next generation, but is also great for employee engagement. However, our partnership is not just about reach, it's also about creating meaningful education and skilling for the community. This is where Skills Builder's expertise has helped Kyndryl to develop and deliver workplace experiences for young people where they can build the essential skills for success.
