Solutions for the Planet (S4TP) is a social enterprise, that works to create a world where sustainable practices are commonplace; every young person is equipped with essential skills that benefit people and planet; and social creativity, innovation and diversity is built into every business and workplace.

S4TP build bespoke panels of young people, bringing their unique voices into the heart of businesses to help future-proof strategies. The panel meets with the business to give their unbelievably valuable perspectives and ideas on subjects chosen and co-created between the business and the panel members. Young people think without departmental barriers and bring actionable solutions to some of businesses' most intransigent issues, now and in the future. The aim is that enduring relationships can be formed through a S4TP Youth Insights panel – a win for business and a win for the young people involved.

S4TP seamlessly embeds the Universal Framework into its Youth Insights Programme by focusing deeply on targeted skill steps for three core areas: Listening, Creativity, and Teamwork. To ensure meaningful progression, young people complete initial baseline reflections to assess their confidence. Throughout the programme, panellists are actively guided through their skills journey using advance preparation materials, in-session visual prompts, and post-session surveys to track their 'distance travelled'. By consistently using the Framework's language, S4TP ensures young people can confidently articulate their achievements in future interviews, CVs, and professional environments.
