Unifrog’s mission is to level the playing field when it comes to students finding and successfully applying for their best next steps. Unifrog exists to make high-quality careers education accessible to every student, regardless of background, and to help schools deliver meaningful, whole-school careers and destinations programmes.

Unifrog brings everything students need into one impartial, user-friendly platform. It helps them explore all post-16, post-18, and apprenticeship pathways, reflect on their interests and strengths, build a record of experiences, and create strong, well-evidenced applications. At the same time, Unifrog equips teachers and leaders with the tools to track engagement, monitor outcomes, and embed careers education across the curriculum, ensuring real, measurable impact across the schools and trusts they work with.

Unifrog’s Skills tool supports students to identify, reflect on, and evidence their essential skills using the Skills Builder Universal Framework. It structures meaningful reflection against individual steps of the framework and helps learners write clear, high-quality responses through scaffolded questions and exemplars. This enables students to build a strong, evidence-based skills profile that can be applied to applications, interviews, and work-related learning.
