TCS × JLR Virtual Work Experience – goIT Innovation Challenge

This virtual work experience programme introduces students to digital innovation, design thinking, and real‑world problem solving in the automotive sector.

Students explicitly develop the essential skills of Problem Solving, Creativity, and Speaking through structured daily activities linked to the Skills Builder skill steps. They analyse real‑world automotive challenges (Problem Solving), generate and refine digital innovation ideas (Creativity), and communicate their solutions using storyboards and a final pitch presentation (Speaking). Each activity references the relevant Skills Builder skill steps to ensure consistent language, shared understanding, and measurable skills progress.
