





This Teamwork-focussed resource takes students through a recruitment exercise challenging them to identify how the essential skills of candidates match up to those required for a particular role at Lloyds Banking Group. Students are required to work collaboratively to reach a consensus decision on the strongest candidate for the role, based upon the candidates' demonstration of their essential skills. Students are also given the opportunity to practise Speaking and Listening through group presentations at the end of the session.
The names and definitions for the skills and skill steps are used consistently throughout the resource helping individuals identify where they may have seen or applied the skills elsewhere. The task design and reflection questions allow for progress to be made against specific skill steps, enabling students to practise their essential skills throughout the session.
