PeopleHawk offers a comprehensive AI-enabled career development platform that guides students through a personalised EPIC Career Journey — from self-exploration to successful study and work opportunities. The platform supports students in identifying their strengths, developing key employability attributes, and making informed choices about their future.

The provision integrates Skills Builder modular learning activities and PeopleHawk’s scientifically validated Essential Skills quiz, which helps students identify their starting levels across the eight essential skills. Students enhance their learning through short unit quizzes and a motivational badge system (bronze to platinum), while the careers explorer links essential skills to specific jobs. Educators are supported through a suite of teaching materials, and the platform’s refreshed user experience includes a new VIPS test providing personalised course and job recommendations.

PeopleHawk embeds essential skills development throughout its platform. The Essential Skills quiz provides a structured and evidence-based method for assessing students’ starting levels (0–16) across all eight essential skills, ensuring personalised progression.

Progress is continuously monitored through end-of-unit quizzes and a badge system that reinforces development from bronze to platinum level. Students can also log and reflect on their career-related activities, tagging them by essential skills to evidence growth over time.
