A 1-day insight day workshop for local Luton-based Key Stage 4 students. Focusing on skills for the future, students meet volunteers, budget for their own airline launch, create a new smart design for the airport and innovate a commercial brand collaboration for the departure lounge. Students also have an opportunity to try out LLA's very own professional flight simulator.

Students take on aviation activities which are aligned to focus steps from the Framework: Questioning, Being inclusive, Facilitating discussions, Practising resilience, Creating options and Suggesting improvements.
