LIVE! Student Conferences

European Study Tours' LIVE! student conferences are subject-specific, curriculum-linked events for KS4-5 students, held at Disneyland® Paris. Speakers are all well-known and influential in their field. Through their first-hand experience they provide the encouragement and motivation to support students through to exam success, as well as inspiration for the direction they can take to progress further in the subject and consider future career pathways. An interactive workbook is available to every student, ensuring that the Parks provide a unique learning environment, making learning easy.

LIVE! allows students to develop four essential skills of Listening, Adapting, Planning and Teamwork. The event facilitator introduces the skills at the beginning of the event and how these can contribute to success both in education and the world of work. After experiencing three presentations from experts in their field, students can work in teams to complete a workbook of subject-specific challenges within the Disneyland® parks. At the end of their experience, students are prompted in the workbook to reflect on the essential skills with guided questions on how they have applied these throughout the event.
