Imaginative Inventors

Through a focus on Creativity, students are tasked with solving a real-world challenge faced by Lloyds Banking Group. Students are introduced to the challenge, work in teams to generate ideas to solve the problem, and then reflect critically on how this idea could become a reality. Students are also given the opportunity to practise Speaking and Listening through group presentations at the end of the session.

The names and definitions for the skills and skill steps are used consistently throughout the resource helping individuals identify where they may have seen or applied the skills elsewhere. The task design and reflection questions allow for progress to be made against specific skill steps, enabling students to practise their essential skills throughout the session.
