3 Workshops for Key Stage 3 students (Year 7, 8 and 9) introducing them to London Luton Airport, a range of roles and the essential skills used. Students find out about aviation careers while applying their Listening skills before taking on an airport-themed skills challenge and delivering a short presentation to the class.
Year 7 students use Adapting skills to provide an exemplary passenger experience;
Year 8 students use Problem Solving to select a new charity partner for the airport;
Year 9 use Teamwork to decide on an employee package to attract new talent to work at LLA.
Students build Listening, Teamwork, Problem Solving, Adapting and Speaking skills in a series of classroom activities designed by London Luton Airport and Skills Builder.
