At MissionCX, our Pathfinder® programme is our commitment to developing today's teams and tomorrow's talent. Working in partnership with Skills Builder, we use their framework to further develop our outreach with local schools. This creates a valuable experience for young adults, providing them with newfound confidence, learning experiences, and insight into careers within the Nuclear Sector.

Developing essential skills is crucial for a successful career, and this framework supports young individuals during our Work Insights Week. We understand that commissioning and operational readiness aren’t easy careers to step into at a young age. Partnering with Skills Builder assists us in opening doors and making information accessible to the younger generation of Cumbria.

MissionCX was the first SME in Cumbria to achieve Skills Builder Impact Level 4 accreditation, the highest level available. Progressing from Bronze to Silver Excellence Mark demonstrates our partnership’s progression and continued commitment to essential skills through Pathfinder®.
