We partnered with Skills Builder to deliver the Essential Skills Academy for apprentices to bridge the skills gap between college and our fast-paced workplace.
The six-month programme, involving over 300 apprentices during their ramp-up phase, proved remarkably successful. It equipped apprentices with vital skills and a better understanding of our workplace expectations and business objectives.
